Public offer
This document is an official proposal (public offer) by the seller (the “Provider”) to any legally capable individual (the “Buyer”) to enter into an information-service agreement on the terms below.
Paying for an order means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1. Nature of the service
1.1. The Buyer purchases NOT a game account as goods, but an information service of selecting and transferring access to a game account.
1.2. Only access credentials are transferred (login, password, email or other details).
1.3. Digital data is considered a rendered service from the moment it is delivered to the Buyer.
1.4. The service is deemed fully and properly rendered regardless of further use of the account.
2. Acknowledgement of risks
2.1. The Buyer understands that the Provider is not the developer or rights holder of RAID: Shadow Legends.
2.2. The Buyer is aware that transferring accounts may conflict with the game’s terms of service.
2.3. The Buyer voluntarily accepts all risks, including: ban
access restriction
progress wipe
recovery of the account by a previous owner
sanctions by the game administration
These events are not a defect of the service.
3. Guarantee
3.1. A technical guarantee is provided for 14 calendar days from the moment credentials are delivered.
3.2. The guarantee covers ONLY inability to log in due to incorrectly transferred credentials.
3.3. The Provider may restore access or replace the account.
3.4. A ban, mute, rollback or any sanction is not a warranty case.
3.5. After 14 days the Provider is not responsible for the fate of the account.
4. Refunds and disputes
4.1. The service is digital and is considered rendered instantly.
4.2. A refund is not possible after credentials have been delivered.
4.3. A chargeback, dispute or complaint to the payment provider is treated as fraudulent.
4.4. If the Buyer starts a dispute, they lose the right to the guarantee and support.
4.5. The Provider may provide the payment provider with proof that the service was rendered (correspondence, IP, account login).
5. Liability
5.1. The Buyer uses the account independently and bears all consequences.
5.2. The Provider does not guarantee the account’s safety after credentials are transferred.
5.3. The Provider is not liable for decisions of the game administration or third parties.
5.4. The Buyer confirms that they purchase the service voluntarily and without being misled.
6. Final provisions
6.1. This offer takes effect upon publication.
6.2. The Provider may change the terms without notice.
6.3. The current version is published on the website.
By paying for an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read this offer, understand the risks and waive further financial claims.
